- Who can place a wine order?
In order to place and/or receive a wine order, you must be 19 years of age or
older and must present two pieces of valid government issued identification upon
receipt of your order. Additionally, liquor may not be sold or supplied to a person
who is, or appears to be, intoxicated. Please be advised that there are substantial
penalties under the Liquor Licence Act for breach of these laws.
Drink Responsibly
We urge you to always drink responsibly and moderately and to never drink and drive.
- How to place an order
To purchase wine or any other York Region Wine Club offering, you may order by telephone or using our website.
Placing Orders By Phone
To place an order by telephone, please contact a York Region Wine Club at 416-532-8565 or toll free at 1-866-979-2946.

When you have finished adding items to the Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout. |

During the checkout process, you will be prompted for your personal,
delivery, and billing details. Before submitting your order, you will
have an opportunity to review the details of your order. If the information
you have entered is correct, select the "Submit Order" button.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
containing all the details of the order such as items purchased, pricing,
and delivery information.

When you place an order with York Region Wine Club, you effectively create
an account with us. You may access your account online at any time to view the
status of orders and to view your order history. Also, upon future purchases,
by logging in you can Checkout with fewer clicks.
- Can I find the wines at the LCBO?
With the exception of a few Ontario wines, none of the wines offered at York Region Wine Club are offered at the LCBO.
This is in part what makes us unique. All available wines are sourced by
our partner WineOnline.ca and represent a portfolio of quality imported and
locally produced wines.
- Payment Methods
York Region Wine Club accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Note: All purchases are handled by our partner WineOnline.ca. As such, WineOnline.ca
will appear on your credit card statement.
Note: Customer security is very important to us and we take great care to protect
the privacy of your personal account information and your financial transactions.
To this end, we utilize several layers of industry standard security technology
to help ensure the confidentiality of transactions across the Internet.
Note: In accordance with Ontario liquor regulations, we are unable to deliver
wine until payment has been received in full.

If you are not available to receive your wine at the time a delivery attempt is made, a door knocker will be left for you and you may pick up your wine at the nearest Canada Post outlet.
Government regulations require that individuals receiving wine orders are 19
years of age or older and are not intoxicated. Delivery agents are obligated
to ask for proof of age (requiring two pieces of government issued identification
with proof of age) and a signature of receipt.
- Tracking Orders
If you have placed an order with York Region Wine Club, you may track its delivery status by logging
into your Online Account.
Orders fall into one of three categories:
- Pending: your order has been submitted successully and awaits further review.
- Approved: all order details have been verified and we are diligently processing the details of your request.
- Delivered: your order has been delivered to you.
If you require additional information regarding the status of an order, please
contact a customer service representative.
- Receipt of Damaged Items
While receipt of damaged items is a rarity, on occasion bottles and glassware
may arrive broken. Rest assured, we will promptly replace your order. If your
order arrives damaged, you may either:
- Refuse the delivery. In such instances, the contents of your order will
be returned to York Region Wine Club. We ask that you notify
us of the damaged items so we may promptly replace or refund your order.
- Accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery, you may enjoy the unbroken
items immediately and we will replace or refund the damaged items. In such
instances, we ask that you notify
us at your earliest convenience.
- Cancelling Orders
If you would like to cancel an order,
please phone us at 416-532-8565 (toll free 1-866-979-2946) or e-mail
service@yorkregionwineclub.com as
soon as possible.
While we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, our order fulfillment
and delivery processes are designed to get your orders on their way quickly
and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has
entered the delivery process.
- Accessing your Account Online
Once your account has been created, that is, after you first order has been placed, you may login by going to the Member Login page. You will be prompted for your username and password.
Once logged in, you will have access to a variety of tools and features available to Wine Club members only.
- Retrieve Account Password
To retrieve your member login details click here.
You will be required to provide your email address. If a matching account is found, your login details will be sent to the email address provided.
- Reporting Website Errors
If you notice a typo, a faulty link, error or omission, we would be grateful to hear from you. Please send comments regarding our website to service@yorkregionwineclub.com.
